James Diggins AARLA MNAEA
Founder & Director
A Lancashire man through and through, James is the MD of Love Homes, with many years of estate agency experience. Originally launching the business as I Love Park Homes in 2014, James is a very proactive director, working closely side by side with his team. He is involved in all aspects of the business. James' ethos is firmly embedded in the belief that a team who is valued and who feels motivated and appreciated, will be dedicated to delivering exceptional service; after all, the company has 'Love' in its name for a reason!
James is proud of Love Homes for being so much more than an average estate agent and he understands that everyone has a different reason for buying, selling or renting a property. It is this empathetic attitude which has contributed to the business seeing many returning clients and which has inspired so much loyalty in the team.
Outside of the business, James enjoys socialising and can often be found getting creative in the kitchen. Not one to sit back and relax, since July 2024, James and his partner, along with their Shi Tsu, Bobby, have undertaken a full refurbishment of their own home. No small job, their 1856 Victorian home has been taken back to stone and is currently being sympathetically put back together.
Valuer & Property Manager
Kaye brings a wealth of experience to the Love Homes team, with a property career spanning many years and built firmly from the grassroots up. Starting at the very heart of estate agency, she has worked her way through every level of the industry, gaining invaluable hands-on knowledge before progressing to senior roles, including Branch Manager. This journey gives Kaye a rare, well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of what truly makes a property transaction successful.
Her background extends beyond estate agency into the world of solicitors, giving her a fantastic grasp of both the legal and practical sides of moving home. This unique blend of experience means Kaye not only understands property, but also the people behind every move — their motivations, concerns and goals. It’s this insight that allows her to guide clients with clarity, honesty and confidence from start to finish.
Kaye knows the local property market like the back of her hand and is highly experienced in providing accurate, honest market appraisals. She believes a job is only truly well done when clients reach the end of their journey feeling informed, supported and genuinely happy with the outcome. Her commitment to excellence and professionalism hasn’t gone unnoticed, earning the respect of both clients and peers alike.
Outside of work, Kaye lives near the beautiful Beacon Fell, where she enjoys spending time with her beloved British Bulldog — she’s rarely seen without them close by. Emma Radcliffe
Sales Progression Manager
After graduating with a degree in Law, Emma honed her skills in Property Marketing for 8 years before joining the Love Homes family. With responsibility for the innovative marketing strategies of the business, Emma also is one of the dedicated property managers who likes to boast of her sales negotiation skills. She is passionate that clients receive exemplary service from the team and loves the role that the company plays in the local community.
Described by her fellow team members as creative, caring and committed, Emma is a home body who loves spending time with family and friends. When not keeping busy crafting or baking, Emma enjoys a good film!
Alison
Sales Progression
Alison has joined the Love Homes Team in administration and finance and loves being part of a lively and dynamic team. With a strong background in business ownership and customer service, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Self-employed since 2000, Alison first opened a sign franchise in Warrington, where she managed the day-to-day operations while also designing and producing signs. In 2007, she took over her father’s business, Conway Cards in Garstang, successfully growing it into a thriving balloon business alongside selling cards and gifts. Throughout her career, exceptional customer service has always been her top priority.
Alison has two sons, both currently at university. Outside of work, she enjoys cinema, theatre, dining out, and socialising with friends. She also has a passion for wildlife photography. With more free time ahead, she looks forward to city breaks and trips away with family and friends.
Kim
Lettings Negotiator
Wife, mum, and self-confessed cushion-plumper extraordinaire, Kim probably knows every house currently for sale within a 30-mile radius. Her obsession with Rightmove made a job in estate agency less of a career move and more of a divine calling (honestly, we’re just surprised it took this long).
When she’s not showing homes or scouting the latest listings, you’ll find Kim rummaging through charity shops like a stylish magpie on a mission — always on the hunt for hidden treasures to upcycle or slot into her ever-evolving interior design projects.
Her perfect day? A good nose around someone’s home (with permission, of course), a cheeky G&T with friends, and maybe a quick rearrangement of the sofa cushions… just for balance. Always cheerful, always busy - and always with an eye for a bargain or a beautiful bay window - Kim’s the one you want on your side whether you’re buying, selling, or just need help deciding between two shades of beige.
Jade
Lettings & Property Manager
Jade has worked in lettings and property management for over nine years and brings a genuine passion for the industry to everything she does. Thriving in the fast-paced world of lettings, she enjoys the variety each day brings and takes pride in finding solutions to new challenges along the way.
Customer service is at the heart of Jade’s approach. She is dedicated to giving landlords complete peace of mind that their properties are in safe hands, while ensuring tenants feel happy, supported, and truly at home.
Outside of work, Jade is family-oriented and has a love for travel. Whether it’s discovering new places, exploring different cultures, or enjoying spontaneous weekend trips, she embraces every opportunity for adventure.
